Hotel Information 

PCA has secured a room block for the 2025 IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Conference at the Sheraton Birmingham and Westin Birmingham headquarter hotels across the street from the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC). Conference attendees are welcome to make their hotel reservations using the link below before April 11, 2025.  Please read the information below regarding  hotel room scammers.

We expect to sell out our room block at the Sheraton and Westin. Once we do, we will post additional hotel options on our website.

Room Rate:

Sheraton Birmingham = $180/night (plus applicable taxes)

Westin Birmingham = $225/night (plus applicable taxes)

Our discounted rates are available from Saturday, May 3 to Thursday, May 8. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond these dates, contact the hotels directly at (205) 324-5000 (Sheraton) or (205) 307-3600 (Westin) to arrange additional nights based on hotel’s availability and prevailing rates.

 

Reservation Cut-Off Date:

Friday, April 11, 2025. Rooms are available until the cut-off date or until the block sells out, whichever occurs first. We suggest that you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

Other Reservation Information:

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. local time. Hotel check-out time is noon local time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit the first night’s room deposit. Early check-outs must be confirmed at the time of check-in. "No Show" reservations will be charged the cost of one room night plus taxes.

 

Airport: 

Please note that the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport is the best option for flights. Depending on traffic, the airport is located approximately 10 minutes from the hotels.
