Conference Information

The Conference takes place at the Colorado Convention Center - 700 14th St., Denver, Colorado.

The registration fee includes access to the 2024 IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Conference, registration materials, education sessions*, and spouse/partner functions*. Badges and meeting materials will be distributed onsite.

(*) Some education sessions and special events require a separate registration fee.

By registering to attend the conference, you hereby acknowledge and agree that your name and company will be posted on the conference website. This information may be accessible to other conference attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and the public.

We assure you that we will handle your information with the utmost care and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. However, please be aware that once your information is posted on the website, it may be accessed and used by others over whom we have no control.

Your registration for the conference constitutes acceptance of these terms.

 

Spouse/Partner Registration: All spouse/partner must be non-industry attendees. Any industry professional attending the conference must pay the delegate registration fee. Please note: The spouse/partner hospitality suite and program activities are reserved for those spouses/partners who have paid full spouse/partner registration rates. ID’s may be checked.

 

Cancellations/Refunds: All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the PCA Meetings Department at conference@cement.org. Registration cancellations must be received on or before Monday, March 18, 2024, to be honored, and is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Substitutions are accepted at any time. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER Monday, March 18, 2024.

 

Pricing: Early bird pricing ends March 28, 2024. After March 28, 2024, registration fees will increase. See “Fees” page for more information.
