The PCA discounted nightly room rate is $289 single/double occupancy per night (plus $28 daily resort fee, $2 daily destination fee, and public improvement fees and applicable taxes) per night at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. Triple/Quad Occupancy: $20.00 additional charge per person, per room per night. Children twelve (12) years and under are free when occupying the same room as their parent/guardian.

The deadline to request a room online within the PCA room block has been extended to Thursday, September 19, 2024. Please note that there is a possibility the block will sell out prior to the deadline. Rooms are first-come, first-reserved. Additional room night requests beyond dates in the contracted room block are based on hotel availability and possibly at a different rate. All hotel reservations will require an advance deposit equal to one night’s rate plus taxes. Reservations can be fully cancelled without penalty 48 hours prior to arrival with a cancellation number. 

Gaylord Resort Fee covers several in-room amenities which include:

Beware of Sleeping Room Wholesalers:

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Don't get lured in. Sleeping room wholesalers may contact meeting attendees offering great deals on hotels for PCA’s Fall Councils and Committees Meeting. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. Those who opt for alternatives to the PCA negotiated rates may find themselves at risk. PCA reminds its attendees that we have no affiliation with any of these room brokers. Please notify PCA at events@cement.org should you be contacted.

Ground Transportation:

The Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center is approximately 7.5 miles from the Denver International Airport (DEN) and vehicle transportation takes 12 minutes depending on traffic. For those of you arriving by air, you have the following alternatives for ground transportation:

• Renting a car (Cost varies by car rental company)
• Taxi (Cost estimated at $24-30 USD/One Way)
• Uber (Cost estimated at $24 USD/One Way – prices vary based on time of day and demand)
• Lyft (Cost estimated at $18-21 USD/One Way – prices vary based on time of day and demand)

Parking:

• Self-Parking: $33.00 per day (plus tax and subject to change without notice).
• Valet Parking: $48.00 per day (plus tax and subject to change without notice).
